小牛娃最近吃的輔食就是紅蘿蔔水,所以常為他準備半根蘿蔔。蘿蔔水剩下的蘿蔔丁經常就用來做這道繽紛燦爛,清爽可口的合炒了。

適合年齡:4個月以上

原料:

紅蘿蔔一小段、清水一碗。

做法:

圖1,原料;

圖2,紅蘿蔔切成細丁;

圖3,原料放入鍋內大火煮開後,小火燜煮5分鐘

圖4,用開水燙過的漏網(或紗布)濾去紅蘿蔔丁即成。

特色:口感稍甜,清火,開脾健胃。

原料:

紅蘿蔔丁(紅蘿蔔水製剩)、圓椒、玉米、火腿腸。

調味:

油、鹽、雞精。

自然的魅力

下雨了,秋雨綿綿,大自然變化多端,四季更替,一切也是那麼的美好。細細品味這大自然,一切都是色彩斑斕,當我們認真咀嚼,還會發現,生命的芬芳足以飄香萬里!
 
放眼大自然,處處有著迷人的色彩,第一絲風拂過,是萬木吐翠的春,這是一個細膩的季節;第一縷陽光灑下,是魚躍的季節,這是一個清爽的季節;第一片金黃鋪開,是五穀豐登的秋,這是一個金色的季節;第一片雪花飄過,是凜冽蕭條的冬,這是一個溫馨的季節。大自然,將我的世界裝扮得格外美麗。
